He brought that builder's drive to enterprise scale. At IBM and Hitachi he led product for platforms serving more than 3,000 customers, ran P&Ls of $500M+, created $100M+ in new revenue, and brought 100+ products together into 6 offerings on one platform.

Arun is a product leader and an engineer in one. He sets the strategy, works side by side with customers, and builds hands-on with AI. In every role he has pushed innovation forward, and Mitova is built the same way.
